We spent New Year's at Winter Retreat with the youth. This year was a combination of new dynamics as we brought Faith with us and we had a smaller group of youth. It turned out to be a wonderful time of relaxation and fun. The youth were really nice about letting Faith crawl over their stuff and taking turns holding her. We had 4 really great college counselors to help Ed and I which was a great bonus. I was really concerned about how Faith would sleep through the noise of the beach house with the youth jamming at night, playing cards, playing video games, etc. but with the help of a noise machine and lots of prayers...she took her naps well and slept through the night. Praise God!
