12 Months Old -- Happy Birthday Faith!

The munchkin was born one year ago! Crazy how time flies. At 12 months old, Faith is a happy baby. She loves to explore, put leaves and dirt in her mouth, and can't get enough of Dad's guitar!

• 4 teeth (two on top, two on bottom) -- big gap between her upper two teeth
• not walking, no interest in walking, loves to crawl (has rug burns to prove it)
• babbling (loud and soft tones now) and talking like a parrot (uh oh, hi, wiggle, roll away, hot, okay, aahhh!)
• 2 naps (9:30 and 3) about 1.5 hours each; night time from 6:30 - 7:30
• eating table food (recently blueberries, clementines, and waffles being her favorites)
• slobbering again
• went to Austin for a road trip
• on whole milk now (no formula or breastmilk! -- big praise! we didn't have to purchase any formula the entire year. had enough samples to go without!)
• skipped the sippy cup and went to the straw cup (still takes 2-3 bottles, but we're working on it)
• clapping and waving
• loves her mom and dad (aka: stranger anxiety -- when they go away)
• saw Auntie Lyds and Uncle Mike
• loves music especially The Office theme song
• can still wear a size 2 diaper if she wants
• we've started time outs when she throws her food or spits while eating (15 seconds turned around in the high chair)
• stats: 43.5cm for head (10-25%); 28.5in for height (25-50%); 17lbs, 11.5 ounces (3-10%)
• doc is a tad bit concerned about her developmental progress and social skills
