18 Months

These pictures were taken today in a span of 20 seconds. Just shows her personality these days...full of expression, energy, and smiles. First picture was her expression for "say cheese", Second picture was her expression for "hi", Third picture was her expression for "what does a lion say?"

We've been praying every night for Faith and the new baby asking that the Lord would continue to grow them physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Would you join us in praying for them today...that God would be preparing both of them to impact this world for His kingdom.

This past month...

• record high time outs in one day (6 times: 3 from mom and 3 from dad)
• learned animals sounds for lion, snake, duck, cow
• story time with Dad every Wednesday morning
• loves puzzles!!! (especially her shapes puzzle from Auntie Trish)
• new words: turtle, piggy piggy, YEAH!, trash, oh no, wiggle, grape, shoes, twinkle
• first time at Mother's Day Out on Tuesdays, back with Goo the Babysitter on Thursday morning, Mom & Dad take turns watching her throughout the week = crazy schedule
• started night terrors recently waking up once a night this week
• tantrums, whining, saying "no" to her parents, yelling when she doesn't get her way
• still loves her music, books, stuffed animals, play food/kitchen set
• favorite foods: cranberries, frozen avocado/banana/blueberries, cereal, goldfish, Chinese food, pizza
• still 7 teeth...
• started getting interested in drawing/writings with crayons and pens
• started hiding her picture of Pau Pau & Gung Gung in her books so she can flip through the pages and find it
• can point to her head...working on her nose (50% of the time she points to her mouth, 50% to her nose) and shoulders
