Painting in the Kitchen

Thanks to the inspiration of Myla and Ethan...I decided to break out the easel we've had in our garage, get some paint, and *gasp* let Faith paint in our kitchen. I was a bit hesitant since Faith hasn't been the most obedient child lately, I was by myself with the 2 girls, and it was her very first time painting (besides at school). Nevertheless, I forged ahead and was pleasantly surprised at the "maturity" of my first born. I had to show her how to hold the brush properly, but she expertly dipped the brush into her paint and stayed on the paper. She was super proud of herself and even allowed me to take a picture of her with the painting.

Mom, if you are reading this...she's wearing the Russian apron you gave her!
