It was a busy ministry weekend so we celebrated Valentine's Day a little differently this year. On the actual day, we stayed in and watched Fireproof on DVD. It was cheesy acting at times, but the overall message was good. I was even surprised that a clear gospel message was presented during the film. Ed bought me Hot Wings from KFC and I was pretty happy.
On Monday, we both had the day off for President's Day. We used a gift card we had been saving to visit Taste of Texas. Never send a pregnant lady to an all-you-can-eat bread/salad bar. On top of that, we tried their spinach/artichoke dip appetizer and crabcakes.
