Some things I want to remember about Faith at this age...
- Faith's personality -- extroverted, silly, mischievous, likes routine, creative, fun, helper
- started naming her animals (Rusty the Wolf, Smiley the Pink Bear, Warfer the rolling dog) & little people (Ed, Alicia, Dr. Max, Boy), but Bear Bear continues to be named Bear Bear
- I said, "Mommy is so sad." she turns to me and says, "You are not sad. I don't see any tears."
- Knows how to play hide n seek, tag, chase
- Likes to swim and put her face under water
- Talks alot!!!! starting to understand sarcasm, jokes, and questions everything
- still into bugs, dirt, animals, letters
- read her first word, "AT" and likes to trace her letters
- started to really interact with her "friends" during playdates
- sleeping 9 p.m.-8:30am, naps 2-4/4:30pm
- loves to say HI to anyone and walk around with her hands in her pockets
- gets a fruit snack every time she goes poo in the potty
- plays mommy every chance she gets (changes her animals diapers, cooks for them, sings to them)
- loves to dance w/ loud music
- rides her tricycle inside and out
- not a picky eater, but still eats small amounts
- loves to pray and says the same prayer unless prompted "Dear God, Thank you for this food we're about to eat. In Jesus' Name, Amen"
- had her first dentist appointment w/ no cavities!
- has become quite a protective sister to Kate (holding her hand when walking, rescuing her sister when she is in danger); the other day she took scissors from Kate's hands and said, "No Kate. That is dangerous. You could cut your hand off."
- loves for us to read to her
