We just returned from our snowboarding trip. This year we went to Keystone in Colorado and enjoyed the company of Gordon, Yvonne, and Shirley. The weather was perfect (in the low 30s, light snow flurries, sunny) and it wasn't too crowded despite the spring break rush.
Gordon, Yvonne, Shirley, and Alicia took a full day lesson with a snowboard instructor. She put us through boot camp and then turned us loose on the bunny slopes for the first day. Lots of falls, soreness like you wouldn't believe, but by the end...everyone had mastered the toe and heel edge! Woo-hoo!
Ed was the lone veteran snowboarder. He challenged himself with the skate park and blues/blacks for his enjoyment. Thankfully, he took mercy on us the second/third day and helped us on the greens and bunny slope.

Fun, fun! Glad you two are really liking snowboarding! Come back up to Vancouver for a visit sometime. :) We'll hit the slopes together!
