good morning!!!

This month is a blur. We finished off the final summer month with alot of fun activities with friends and family. Alicia went back to work in early August. Ed had some busy ministry weekends. Faith continues to grow and development like other healthy babies her age. We'll try rice cereal sometime this week as soon as we have time to go to the grocery store!

5 Month Milestones:

• attended first baby shower
• Nana watched babysat her twice!
• enjoying sitting in the Bumbo & playing with her yellow duck and spoons
• responds to noises and can do "social" smiles
• puts her hands together in praying position
• can pick up objects
• thumb sucker and hair grabber
• bedtime is around 6:30/7:00 a.m.
• increased her drinking amounts to around 20 oz. / day
• drooling everywhere
• spitting and blowing raspberries
• 3 month clothes are finally getting tight on her
• met new friends, Riley & Ethan, Payton
• swimming for the first time
• cries at the church nursery
• learning to sleep on her back and side
  
• teething (?)
• 1st time meeting Mrs. Gail, her new babysitter
• can sit up on her own, but very wobbly
